Guest Services (Universal Agent Ambassador)- Sports Illustrated Resort- Nashville

Job Summary

The Universal Agent Ambassador is responsible for greeting guests, maintaining lobby flow, offering concierge services, and assisting with registration and PBX duties.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage lobby traffic, and compute bills and make changes for guests.
• Display high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Enter guest issues into WYNSOS and follow up for satisfaction.
• Perform checklist functions, clean and restock areas, and stock amenities.
• Answer telephones, handle guest requests and complaints, and communicate with other departments.
• Distribute mail and messages, balance cash, and perform other administrative tasks.
• Provide general concierge services, distribute welcome gifts, and assist with guest tours.
• Register guests, issue keys, and prepare paperwork for future arrivals.
• Prepare for and facilitate Travel and Leisure Co. presentations.

Minimum Requirements And Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of successful customer service experience in a hospitality/hotel environment.
• Vacation ownership experience preferred.
