Guest Services Team Member (Seasonal)

What you’ll do

• Work to ensure a memorable experience for all Zoo & Aquarium visitors by providing superior customer service and making all guests feel welcome.
• Respond to guest inquiries.
• Promote Zoo & Aquarium events.
• Aid other departments to help provide a seamless guest experience.
• Assist in maintaining the general cleanliness of the Zoo & Aquarium, helping to provide a safe and welcoming environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Experience in a customer service role welcomed.
• Ability to interact with all types of people professionally and effectively.
• This is an active and dynamic role that will require employees to be in a stationary position for extended periods of time, move around to complete job duties, and move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
