About the role
The Guest Services Team Member at SKYLAKE Adventures is the first friendly face and a trusted guide for guests exploring our destination. You'll transform questions into solutions, challenges into opportunities, and visits into cherished memories. Your role is more than customer service – it's storytelling, problem-solving, and creating moments that guests will remember for a lifetime.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in person or over the phone with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Anticipate guest needs by observing cues and proactively offering assistance.
- Cookordination with other departments and team members to ensure guest requests are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
- Aid with ticket sales, wristbands, and rentals.
- Provide clear, helpful information about attractions, schedules, and SKYLAKE policies.
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about attractions, dining, and special events, tailoring recommendations to each guest’s needs.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive outcome that reflects SKYLAKE standards of excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SKYLAKE events, schedules, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with guests.
- Problem-solving abilities and a calm, positive demeanor under pressure.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing role (theme park or attractions experience a plus).
- Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude!
- Must be able to work in an outdoor environment with loud noises.
- Must be able to read, write, communicate, and follow safety instructions and procedures.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
