About the role
As Guest Services Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the front desk staff provides service consistent with Staypineapple's impeccable standards. This role involves training and guiding staff, completing daily tasks, assisting the Guest Services Manager, and balancing paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and guidance for front desk staff on hotel standard operating procedures and departmental standards
- Step in to complete daily hotel front desk tasks
- Aid the Guest Services Manager in monitoring performance and attendance
- Balance daily paperwork: Cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards, and submitting batches
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six to twelve years of related experience
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
- Quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
- Possess a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
