Role
Join our team in the breathtaking destination of Amangiri, located in Canyon Point, Utah, as a Guest Services Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train a team of 15-25 Bellman/Driver staff, ensuring high service standards.
- Exceed guest expectations by maintaining a positive image of the resort and providing exceptional service.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, opening car doors and assisting with luggage.
- Communicate efficiently with the Front Office and other departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Oversee front steps traffic and assist outside guests with their needs.
- Provide timely airport pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring smooth transfers and up-to-date guest information.
- Drive guests in a safe and responsible manner, maintaining a professional image.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, in working order, and properly stocked with necessary amenities.
- Aid guests with their itineraries and excursions, providing detailed local area knowledge.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a deep knowledge of the local area.
- Ability to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A hands-on leader with the ability to supervise a team of 15-25 staff members.
- Highly physical role requiring sustained standing, walking, bending, and lifting of heavy loads.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow).
