Guest Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and act as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community.
• Perform reception, registration, check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, and environment of care and emergency response functions.
• Become proficient in advanced computer skills as required for the role.
• Successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a related field and 2 years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrable success as a self-motivated team-player in a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.
• High School Graduate or equivalent GED required.

Schedule

Full-time position with shift hours from 5:15 AM - 1:45 PM. Occasional weekend work required.
