The Guest Services Specialist at South Florida Baptist Hospital delivers world‑class customer service and acts as the guests’ liaison to all hospital services and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world‑class customer service and function as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System hospital and the surrounding community.
• Become proficient in reception, registration and check‑in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care, and emergency response.
• Support a positive guest experience through hospitality‑focused duties.

Requirements

• Possess advanced computer skills.
• Self‑motivated team player with 1 year of demonstrable success in a high‑stress, fast‑paced work environment.
• Successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field and 2 years of customer‑service experience.

Schedule

• Location: Plant City, FL.
• Status: PRN (As Needed).
• Shift hours: Varies.
• Weekend work: Every weekend (as required).
