Located in Clearwater, FL, this Guest Services Specialist position is based at Morton Plant Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service and function as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System hospital and the surrounding community.
• Possess advanced computer skills.
• Become proficient in reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care, and emergency response (as required).
• Support a positive guest experience through hospitality-focused duties.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Self‑motivated team player with demonstrable success in a high‑stress, fast‑paced work environment.
• Successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.

Schedule

Part‑time position with varying shift hours; occasional weekend work required.
