Guest Services / Retail Associate (Part-Time)

About the role

This hybrid position supports both Guest Services and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Store, with a primary focus on the Box Office. The Box Office Guest Services Associate will welcome and assist guests, process museum and event ticket sales, provide information about events and tours, respond to phone and other guest inquiries, and support the Hall of Fame Store by assisting with merchandise purchases, operating the cash register, and delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time role, working up to 25 hours per week. Candidates must be available between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with extended hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from June through August.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun and engaging experience for Hall of Fame guests through conversation and assistance.
• Process ticket sales and schedule museum tours.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, and reconcile the daily register.
• Resolve ticketing issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the box office and retail store.
• Keep accurate records of ticket sales and museum attendance.
• Answer store phone lines courteously and follow up in a timely manner.
• Engage with guests and sell merchandise representing all 32 NFL teams and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
• Ensure product availability by pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom.

Qualifications

• Passion for people and football.
• Previous guest service experience preferred, including retail, ticketing, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Ability to engage in conversation and build lasting relationships.
• High energy, friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Ability to use a computer for data entry, cashiering, email, and other basic functions.
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings.
