Job Summary
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and patients, directing them to their destinations, and offering information and guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months in direct customer service or hotel/hospitality
- Licenses: Not applicable
Working Conditions
- Physical: Standing for full shift, walking, pushing wheelchairs, lifting/pushing/pulling heavy items, up inclines
- Mental: Irregular hours due to overtime, occasional stress from workload pressures
- Environmental: Minor inconveniences, noise, odors, exposure to dirt, human waste
- Manual: Some manual skills, motor coordination, finger dexterity
