About the role

The Guest Services Representative position at Buckle’s Corporate office is ideal for someone who excels in communication and problem-solving. This role involves responding to and anticipating guest and store needs, escalating issues as necessary, and handling confidential financial and personal information.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage communication with stores, guests, and other departments to determine their needs and identify if escalation is necessary.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to accurately enter information and address inquiries.
  • Ask probing questions to meet guest needs and provide general knowledge of Buckle merchandise, including fit and style recommendations.
  • Process refunds for out-of-stock or abandoned orders.
  • Identify and investigate inconsistencies and questions related to Buckle Loyalty, Preferred Payment, Buckle Card, and the Buckle App.
  • Efficiently utilize Buckle’s POS systems, ecommerce order management systems, AS400, and various IT programs.
  • Maintain documentation of guest concerns along with resolution notes.
  • Cover duties at switchboard desks in multiple locations at the Corporate Office.
  • Assist visitors at the Corporate Office and adhere to safety and security policies.
  • Answer corporate phone lines and transfer callers to the appropriate department/Teammate.
  • Fulfill the company's mission statement by providing high-quality customer service and fostering a positive team spirit.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate must be able to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and talk or hear. They must also lift and/or move up to 25 pounds frequently and have specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
