Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform tasks in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
  • Maintain a presentable, clean, and safe environment for all guest-facing areas.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Retain an extensive knowledge of Miami Freedom Park, policies, ticketing procedures, and emergency procedures.

Position Summary

This is a PART-TIME position with work hours based on the event scheduled at Miami Freedom Park and Chase Stadium. Location - Primarily at Miami Freedom Park (Miami), with occasional availability at IMCF Stadium (Fort Lauderdale). Average hours per shift: 5 to 6 hours per shift. Average events per month – 2 to 4 (Subject to event schedule). Event Season - The event season typically runs from February through November.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work evenings and required to work weekends.
  • Must work ALL Inter Miami CF Home Matches.
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Previous sports experience preferred but not required.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
