Guest Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and team members
• Assure total satisfaction of the patient and visitor experience

Requirements

• High School degree or GED
• Proficiency in Word
• One year previous hospitality and customer service experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
• Clerical skills including ability to use copier, fax and scanner
• Organize work, handle multiple projects/priorities and be creative in problem solving
• Knowledge of proper English, Spelling & Grammar
• Perform initial patient and public contact with independent judgment
• Exhibit cooperative and collaborative skills with all contacts
• Possess willingness and passion for serving others
• Perform well and display grace under pressure
• Prior experience working with volunteers preferred
• BLS Certification required
