Title Guest Services Manager Location: Grand Portage Casino Closing Date When Filled Wage Range $17.16 + DOQ Supervisor Casino Manager Description Supervises and coordinates activities and personnel of guest Services. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Directly responsible to execute all policies and orders issued by management and any other job-related duties as assigned by the Casino Manager. Education High school diploma or general education degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications Must have customer service skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Computer, organizational and communication skills and knowledge of office machinery is an asset. Must pass a background investigation to obtain gaming license. Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
