About the role
The Guest Services Manager oversees the Front Drive operations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak, ensuring top-tier guest service and adherence to operational standards. This role involves managing the bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services departments, fostering positive relationships within and outside the team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient operation of bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services departments
- Maintain high standards of guest service
- Support good public, departmental, and employee relations
- Knowledge of hotel services, local events, and transportation options
Qualifications
- Hospitality or Guest Service background
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience
- Strong managerial skills, including positive associate relations and guest service record
- Proven commitment to health and safety
- Results-oriented with flexibility and ability to manage pressure
- Knowledgeable about driving both automatic and manual transmissions
