About the role

The Guest Services Manager oversees the Front Drive operations at the Lodge at Spruce Peak, ensuring top-tier guest service and adherence to operational standards. This role involves managing the bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services departments, fostering positive relationships within and outside the team.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient operation of bell/valet, ski valet, and guest services departments
  • Maintain high standards of guest service
  • Support good public, departmental, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of hotel services, local events, and transportation options

Qualifications

  • Hospitality or Guest Service background
  • Minimum 2 years supervisory or management experience
  • Strong managerial skills, including positive associate relations and guest service record
  • Proven commitment to health and safety
  • Results-oriented with flexibility and ability to manage pressure
  • Knowledgeable about driving both automatic and manual transmissions
