Overview
The Guest Services Manager (Assistant Customer Service Manager/Assistant Front End Department Manager) supervises the front-end team and ensures high standards of guest service. Typical shifts include bookkeeping tasks and assisting the Sr. Guest Services Manager with various front-end operations.
