About the Venue
Pan American Center is a multi-purpose arena in Las Cruces, New Mexico, located on the campus of New Mexico State University. The arena has a current seating capacity of 12,515 people. It serves as the home of the New Mexico State Aggies Men's and Women's Basketball and Women's Volleyball Teams.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the first line for patron complaints and Guest Services Attendant concerns/issues.
- Serve as ticket taker and/or usher distributing programs and escorting patrons to their appropriate seats.
- Aid in reading tickets and directing attendees to their proper seats.
- Assist with providing special accommodation for wheelchairs and other physically challenged patrons, senior citizens, students, and groups.
- Work extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1+ years related experience in Guest Services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to lead other guest services team members.
- Strong customer service skills.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $15.25-$17.75.
Schedule
This role is part-time/temporary and usually scheduled to work after normal business hours.
