Guest Services Inventory Specialist
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Efficiently utilize Buckle’s Point of Sale (POS) systems and AS400 to provide assistance to Guests.
- Process merchandise returns and investigate in depth if needed.
- Process and complete Return to Vendor pieces (RTV).
- Correspond and follow up with tickets involving operational processes of orders and/or order management systems.
- Fulfill aged and express orders to expedite the shipment process. Create and print shipping return labels.
- Communicate with stores to ensure service level agreement (SLA) is reached with reservations.
- Handle ship to store and ship from store communication and compliancy.
- Investigate and resolve return to shipper packages.
- Escalate issues to the appropriate Teammate/department as necessary.
- Provide assistance to stores by locating stock keeping units (SKU’s) for limited products.
- Assist in the transportation of returned merchandise between buildings.
- Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of customer service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
Special projects and other duties as assigned.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this Job, the Teammate regularly works in an office setting.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
