Guest Services (Fast Casual)

Responsibilities

• Checks station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
• Greets the guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions for guest awareness
• Ascertain guest satisfaction throughout the ordering process.

Requirements

• Awesome personality
• Valid Food Worker Card required
• Prioritize a minimum of one year of previous serving experience
• Effectively communicate in English (verbal and written)
• A courteous, friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
