SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to all guests visiting The Patriots Hall of Fame presented by RTX and the Lighthouse at Gillette Stadium. Duties And Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer serviceMeet and assist visitors in all museum areas to include access control/information desk, gallery and tour group greetingsBe familiar with all museum gallery exhibits and eventsOperate interactive equipmentStaff ticket sales desk as neededSpecial projects and assignments as business dictates Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
