Description Responsibilities: Proficient knowledge of resort operations, policies, procedures, and productsAnswer phones and communicate with guests resort policies, proceduresUse of POS system to sell resort productKeep a neat and clean workstationResolve inquiries/issues in a timely and professional mannerEngage with guests to ensure an exciting experience and lifelong memoryRemain focused in a very busy environmentProvide exceptional customer service and ensure general knowledge of mountain operations to best assist customers Requirements Qualifications: 18 years of age or older and prior work experienceAbility to accurately complete transactions using POS systemKnowledge of snow sports preferredPrior cash handling experienceAble to handle stress and remain composed both with guests and staffMust have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Hours Hours of employment are dependent on business demandsMust have weekend and evening availability and flexible weekday availability Starting Pay Rate $16/Hr.
