The Guest Services Associate position at Wesley Willows offers a competitive hourly wage range of $15.00-$17.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule that includes part-time evening and weekend shifts. This role is open to those who can commit to some holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome residents, guests, and staff professionally
  • Answer phones and provide clerical support, including scanning, copying, mail, and packages
  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Outlook, and other computer systems for daily operations
  • Track visitors, submit work orders, create nameplates, and maintain records
  • Support departments with administrative and technology-related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow emergency procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative, receptionist, or clerical experience
  • Strong computer skills including: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, email, data entry, and office systems
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications
