We're offering a full-time position and a $500 hiring bonus.
Responsibilities
- Taking care of all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Managing secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and activating and distributing room keys.
- Relaying messages and addressing guests' needs with a smile.
Requirements
- Hotel Front Desk Experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills with the public and other Team Members.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
