About the role

Get ready to be an integral part of an exciting, dynamic team at the InterContinental Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport! This isn't just a front desk job. This is your opportunity to be the face of a world-renowned hotel chain in a city known for its vibrant arts scene and beautiful outdoor spaces. We're offering a full-time position and a $500 hiring bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Taking care of all guest check-ins/check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Managing secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and activating and distributing room keys.
  • Relaying messages and addressing guests' needs with a smile.

Requirements

  • Hotel Front Desk Experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Effective communication skills with the public and other Team Members.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

  • Passionate about hospitality and customer service.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.

Benefits

Pay

Up to $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

3pm-11pm, Wednesday-Saturday.
