Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
• Enthusiastically sell our products and Unlimited Wash Club membership program.
• Genuinely thank each customer for choosing Mister.
• Anticipate and solve customer needs.
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
• Keep our sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.
• Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with varied tasks.

Qualifications

• Enjoy making meaningful connections with customers.
• Excited to learn and grow in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles.
• Passionate about selling with energy and enthusiasm.
• Thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced setting.

• Consistent, reliable, and available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to stay on your feet and lift as needed.
