About the Role

Mister Car Wash is seeking a Guest Service Specialist (GSS) to join our team as we continue to grow nationally. As a GSS, you'll be the heart and face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a wave and a smile.
• Enthusiastically sell our products and Unlimited Wash Club membership program.
• Genuinely thank each customer for choosing Mister.
• Anticipate and solve customer needs.
• Ensure each customer leaves with a clean, dry, and shiny car.
• Keep our sites clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Enjoy making meaningful connections with customers and are excited to learn and grow in customer service, retail, or hospitality-type roles.
• Sell with passion and energy.
• Love working with others to get things done.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor work environment.
• Are open to feedback and learning new things.
• Are consistent, reliable, and available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Have the energy to stay on your feet and the strength to lift what’s needed.
