About the role
The Guest Service Representative is a team member of the MainStay Suites Omaha Old Mill location. This is a well-established Choice Hotels extended stay brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Manage reservations
- Resolve any guest issues that arise
