About the Role

Harrah’s Laughlin is seeking a motivated, service-driven Guest Service Expert to support the efficient operation of the Smashburger restaurant. This position plays a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through warm, attentive Caesars-style hospitality. You’re the front-line hero who sets the tone for every guest’s experience, ensuring every order is smooth, every interaction is upbeat, and every guest leaves happy.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with genuine warmth and a big smile—make them feel like VIPs.
• Master the menu to answer questions and make tasty suggestions.
• Handle POS transactions quickly and accurately, following all cash-handling procedures.
• Keep counters, floors, and dining areas spotless—including table touches, trash duty, and mopping.
• Serve meals with style and check in to ensure guests have everything they need.
• Answer phone calls with clarity and charm, even during busy periods.
• Jump in to help other outlets when needed and maintain a positive team vibe.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Health Card and Alcohol Awareness certification (must be 21 years of age).
• Strong English communication skills, computer literacy, and a knack for multitasking.

Physical & Mental Demands

• Stand and walk for your entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 30 lbs.
• Work in hot/cold temperatures and noisy or smoky environments.
• Navigate stairs and confined spaces with ease.
