As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish, delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team while helping guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin—making a lasting impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.
• Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests.
• Assist guests in selecting appropriate waxing services and products.
• Promote and sell wax passes and retail items.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, professional, and guest‑focused attitude.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Team player who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Flexible availability to support business needs, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift/move up to 25 lb, and reach items stored at various heights.

Pay

• Base Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Commission earnings on wax pass sales
• Performance bonuses based on effort, performance, and guest connections
