About the role
Come join our award-winning team as a Guest Service Associate at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Draper.
Schedule
Position is part-time, shifts are 3pm-11pm (16 -20 hours per week), rotating schedule.
Requirements
- Some hospitality knowledge and/or experience is required.
- Stay PMS experience is a PLUS.
Minimum Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs
- Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates
