About the role

As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you will use your expertise and product knowledge to ensure every moment is an opportunity for confidence. You’ll assess guest needs, provide information on product features and Wax Pass benefits, and achieve company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. The role includes key holder responsibilities for opening and closing the center.

Responsibilities

• Assess guest needs and provide information on product features and Wax Pass benefits.
• Achieve company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
• Responsibly open and close the center (key holder position).
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process.
• Passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• Outgoing, self-sufficient, and motivated personality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Talent for providing exceptional customer service.
• Professional appearance at all times.
