Requirements
- A reliable go-getter with an understanding of the sales process
- A passion for sales excellence through education; sales experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to responsibly open and close the center; this is a key holder position
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Talent for providing exceptional customer service
- A professional appearance at all times
- An Associate who takes pride in their work and will uphold Wax Center Partners/European Wax Center core values
Schedule
In This Role You Will Assess guest needs and provide information on product features and Wax Pass benefits. Achieve company sales goals on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. Receive the tools you need to become a rockstar sales associate and maximize your income.
