About the role
The Cornell Peter & Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration is part of Cornell SC Johnson College of Business and offers a unique educational experience in hospitality management. The Statler Hotel, located within the school, is a Four Diamond award-winning property and serves as a gateway to Cornell University.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, genuine, and personalized experiences to discerning clients.
- Handle a quick and efficient arrival process, fulfill guest requests, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Distribute mail and messages, and complete the payment process with accuracy at departure.
- Communicate with the Sales Department to configure group bookings and ensure excellent service.
- Collaborate with the front office team to train and coach student employees, take reservations, and implement the revenue management strategy.
- Work weekends and holidays as needed.
