Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and assisting team members in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
• Assist guests with directions, property information, questions, and resolution of minor concerns or issues.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property to promote a welcoming and safe atmosphere for guests and employees.
• Respond professionally and calmly to guest and employee incidents, accidents, or requests for assistance.
• Support the safety and security of guests, team members, and company property.
• Monitor access to restricted or secured areas as assigned.
• Observe and report safety concerns, hazards, or suspicious activity to appropriate leadership.
• Assist with monitoring guest and employee traffic throughout the property.
• May answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• May assist with transporting money and chips in accordance with company procedures.
• May be asked to operate company vehicles and/or equipment requiring a valid Driver's License.
• Work collaboratively with departments across the property to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, security, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel, casino, or entertainment environment is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
• May be required to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
• Employee is subjected to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines.
