About the role
The Brand New Complex Courtyard/Residence Inn By Marriott At Poplar Creek is seeking experienced and customer service-oriented individuals to join their housekeeping team. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will contribute to ensuring guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.
Responsibilities
- Perform assigned tasks to the highest quality and brand standards to make guests' experience memorable.
- Clean guest rooms.
- Respond to guest requests.
- Ensure financial profitability through excellent guest service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position in a hotel is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and respect for the importance of cleanliness in a hotel.
- Pride in organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate personal life.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
