Guest Room Attendant | Lewisburg Fairfield Inn & Suites

About the Role

Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments while observing all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report any maintenance deficiencies and address guest requests or complaints.
• Return and restock cart at the end of shift.
• Complete additional deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
