Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

About the role

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Guest Room Attendants to join our growing housekeeping team in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Every day, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our luxury vacation rental homes are impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and ready to exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, suites, and vacation rental homes to company standards
• Make beds with precision and replace all linens and towels
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish all surfaces
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, coffee supplies, and linens
• Inspect rooms to ensure every detail meets quality standards before guest arrival
• Report maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, and safety hazards promptly
• Follow all cleanliness, safety, and sanitation procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high productivity and quality standards
• Perform other necessary duties as reasonably assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, vacation rental, or similar
• Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets to receive assignments
• Can prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Available to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest times

Qualifications

• Physical Demand:
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, kneel, reach, twist, and lift
• Push and pull housekeeping carts and equipment
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
• Work efficiently in both indoor and outdoor environments
