Guest Room Attendant FT
Essential Functions
- Responds to all guest requests appropriately
- Is responsible for servicing an assigned number of guest rooms
- Keeps all work areas clean and organized at all times
- Cheks all equipment prior to and after its use to ensure that it is in good working order
- Removes room service tables and trays from guest rooms
- Hand in any articles to a supervisor or return it to the dispatchers office
- Performs Other Duties As Required By Supervisor.
Hotel Specific Primary Tasks
- Cleans 16 guestrooms daily (or the equivalent there of)
- Reports all maintenance deficiencies using Service Call/Work Order Tickets
- Completes an evening room status report daily
- Keeps assigned supply closet clean, properly stocked and organized
- Keeps all equipment clean and well maintained
