Responsibilities

• Transform guest rooms into pristine retreats, paying attention to both the obvious and the overlooked.
• Anticipate needs before guests even ask—fresh towels before they notice, the perfect pillow arrangement, a welcoming touch that makes someone’s day.
• Be the eyes and ears of the hotel. Spot maintenance needs, report lost items, and ensure every space meets our gold-standard.
• Work independently, but never alone. You’ll collaborate with an award-winning team that has your back.
• Bring your own personality to the role. We love people who greet guests with a genuine smile and treat every room as if it were their own.

Requirements

• A sharp eye for detail and a pride in leaving things better than you found them.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
• If you’re committed to excellence, we’ll teach you the rest.
