Guest Relations Senior Team Lead

About the role

TEAM FX is a company dedicated to enhancing well-being through its fitness centers and digital wellness platform. Located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area, our facilities are associated with Texas Health Resources. The Guest Relations (GR) Team Lead or Senior Lead at our Willow Park location oversees front desk activities and service, ensuring exceptional experiences for all members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Understand and embody TEAM FX's mission and culture, modeling values and mentoring teammates;
• Supervise front desk activities, including on-shift supervision of Guest Relations (GR) teammates and ensuring adherence to FX practices and procedures;
• Inform members and guests about current activities and offerings to support membership growth and retention;
• Work various shifts, including weekends, and cover for sick or absent teammates;
• Assist with staffing schedules, recruitment, and other operations as a Senior Team Lead;
• Collaborate with the site Manager, Director of Operations, and others to maintain smooth operations and excellent service experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service or retail environment with high standards for interpersonal interactions;
• Minimum of six (6) months in a lead or supervisory role for a team of 1-3 people, demonstrating success in a calm, collaborative environment;
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks with a strong work ethic, good judgment, and self-motivation;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and positive attitude;
• Proficiency and accuracy with MS Office, retail POS, CRM, and other relevant software;
• Interest in the fitness, beauty, and wellness industries, and a current CPR/AED certification;
• Proof of COVID vaccination required as a condition of employment.
