ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
- De-escalate heightened guest service scenarios
- Assist theatre management with emergency scenarios
- Carry out routine interior and exterior monitoring sweeps
- Enforce company policies
- Promote a clean, positive, courteous, and professional atmosphere
- Support all areas with clean up/light maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE
- Prior guest relations/security experience required
- Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Capable of being on your feet and active for 8 or more hours
- Able to lift up to 40lbs.
