Location

This role is based at Ramsey Solutions Headquarters in Franklin, TN—on-site with relocation assistance available. Flexible schedules are offered to support work-life balance. The campus features designated workspaces (including electronic sit-stand desks), quiet library spaces, coffee bar/lounge areas, a recreational game zone, and outdoor/patio work and break areas.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in conversation, serve coffee and cookies, and maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming space at Baker Street Coffee Shop.
• Manage day-to-day operations of Baker Street while rotating through other lobby roles, including Front Desk, Bookstore, and The Ramsey Show Coordinator.
• Welcome guests, answer questions, assist with bookstore purchases, and ensure a smooth experience throughout their visit.
• Prepare spaces for tours and events, ensuring guests are cared for during their time on campus.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond with warmth, and provide meaningful encouragement or resources as needed.
• Bring energy and organization to tours and events, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment of interacting with people and engaging with new individuals.
• Joy in serving others and making people feel cared for.
• Ability to take ownership of a space, including tracking inventory and refreshing seasonal decor.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to keep others informed of changes.
• Interest in a long-term role with growth potential, not just a short-term position.
• Passion for Ramsey Solutions' mission and alignment with its countercultural values (e.g., debt-free lifestyle).

Pay

$52,000/year + profit sharing.
