Objectives
- Aid in providing a seamless and personalized experience to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Develop computer skills to navigate SAP for room allocation, upgrades, and updating notes.
- Operate email and manage Guest Review Management (Review Pro) / Incident Software (HUB).
- Assist guests in providing information, recommendations, and booking services for local experiences.
- Enhance communication skills through interactions with guests, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop problem-solving abilities to quickly identify and resolve guest complaints or issues.
- Gain cultural awareness to ensure international guests feel comfortable and respected.
- Support VIP guests by creating VIP Arrivals lists, arranging amenities, reservations, and personal touches to create unforgettable experiences.
- Acquire property knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to coordinate guest requests and ensure a seamless stay.
