About the role
Responsible for providing in-person, face-to-face personalized service including reservations, guest check-in, and briefing, retail and activity sales, and supporting the base operation. Focus on delivering an extraordinary guest experience through exceptional service and product recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Professional and courteous greeting and service to each guest
- Assess guest needs and assist in selecting products that meet their needs
- Generate sales and upsell product by painting the picture of the guest's stay
- Solve guest issues promptly and with satisfaction
- Follow up on issues to ensure resolution
- Use sales tools to close and book sales
- Provide a thorough, detailed recap of the purchase and thank the guest for their business
- Support the base operation by ensuring compliance with operational specifications, HR requirements, and safety management system
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years’ related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One to two years of sales (or upselling) experience in a performance-driven environment
- Expert-level knowledge of the local area and attractions
- Knowledge of travel and/or ticket industry and concierge experience preferred
- Operational experience preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Pay
USD $33,375.00/Yr. USD $48,400.00/Yr.
Schedule
Availability Required: Sunday - Saturday
Generally, 3 - 5 days per week, with one day being on a Saturday or Sunday
Any desk, any shift (Opening, mid, or closing shifts between the hours of 7 am - 6 pm)
