Guest Experience Supervisor

We're seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences daily.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide associates with tools and resources for outstanding guest service.
• Proactively engage with guests, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
• Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience.
• Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed for seamless service.
• Uphold Dash In brand standards, including guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Communicate ordering and inventory needs to the Guest Experience Manager.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology, including POS systems and retail software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
• Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
