Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
- Assist with customer check-in and direct guests to the appropriate Service Advisor.
- Safely transport customers using the dealership shuttle as needed.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the service drive, parking areas, customer entrances, and shuttle vehicle.
- Support the Service Department by assisting with customer needs, vehicle logistics, and daily operational tasks.
- Follow all dealership policies regarding safety, vehicle handling, key control, and customer service.
- Help create an exceptional guest experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and enter and exit vehicles throughout the workday.
