About the role
The role is responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring a positive experience at Pinebrook Resort.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
- Resolve complaints and provide solutions to improve guest satisfaction.
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular check-ins with team leaders to ensure service standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
