About the role
The role of Guest Experience Manager is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
- Manage guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all guest issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Customer Service, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and databases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
