Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their satisfaction
• Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment
• Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
