Guest Experience Lead

About the role

This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll lead interactions with guests, ensure their satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Check in with guests and ensure they are enjoying themselves.
• Handle guest concerns and provide solutions to their satisfaction.
• Work with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment.
• Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features.
