Guest Experience Lead

About the role

This role is vital to the guest experience because you will lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves. You will be the solution by handling guest concerns and resolving them to their satisfaction. You will understand that teamwork is key, working hand in hand with your team to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment. You will also be in the know, offering expert insight into promotions and benefits of utilizing the McDonald’s App and Mobile Order & Pay features.

Pay

Competitive pay between $15.75 per hour - $17.90.
